Royal Bank Holiday Weekend

As the first Coronation in the UK in 70 Years approaches, make the most of the long weekend with our exciting activities, all included with Museum entry.

We will be open on Saturday 6 May 10am-6pm, and on Sunday 7 and Monday 8 May 11am – 5pm.

‘Please Touch’, object handling sessions where visitors will have the chance to handle and explore objects from Queen Elizabeth II’s 1953 Coronation and her 1977 Silver Jubilee.

Create your own Royal Scrapbook using images from the collection and the Robert Opie Royal Scrapbook.
