Accessibility

Making sure nostalgia and heritage are available to all.

It is important to us that all of our visitors can enjoy our museum without difficulties.

We will continue to improve our accessibility for all visitors and encourage anybody with access needs to read this page before their visit.

You can also Contact Us with the form at the bottom of this page. Please use it to ask us about booking a visit, organising a quieter time to visit or any other worries. You can also use it to tell us what we could do better for accessibility. We welcome any feedback because it will help us make sure the museum is accessible for all.

We are a Dementia Friendly Venue and have trained staff and volunteers on site to support visitors whilst they are with us.
